It&#039;s certainly rewarding when the successes of your clients out number the failures.   Successes are the good things that we look back on in our old age.  If we can bring others along with us on that road to success, then the fruits borne from our lives are that much sweeter.

		<description>This is a great post. There are so few people in the world who really understand this. It&#039;s what helps us to keep going - if we measure our success by the distance and the learning we have covered then our failures are all great successes.

I completely agree with you that most people give up when they are on the verge of success. It&#039;s sad to watch, but thankfully in my work see many more successes and very few people giving up.

What&#039;s interesting to me is that we learn from failing, not from success. 

Although it has taken me a while to understand this fully,  I now want to hurry up and fail as often as is necessary so I can enjoy success more quickly.

It was Thomas Edison who said, &quot;If I find 10,000 ways something won&#039;t work, I haven&#039;t failed. I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward.&quot;
